Martin has competed in five grand slam events and is tied for 92nd in earnings ($350). Martin and Liz Pagano were 17th in the U.S. Open and 13th in the Nationals in 1994. Martin and Alissa Evans were 17th in the 1995 U. S. Open.

WPVA Career:

Martin is 79th in earnings with $3,105. Her best finishes are ninths with Pagano at New Orleans in 1994 and with Evans at Austin in 1995.

FIVB:

Martin and Valinda Hilleary attempted to qualify for the 1995 Hermosa event and lost their only match.

Partnerships:

Martin has competed with 11 different partners in 25 events, including 10 stops with Pagano, six with Evans, and one each with Melissa Allen, Cherry Simkins, Michelle Hill, Gracie Schutt, Ann Schirman, Lisa Gathright, Teri Schroeder, Laurie Ruser and Erin Deiters.

College:

Martin competed in volleyball at Cuesta Community College in San Luis Obispo, Calif. She was the league's most valuable player. Her team that won the state title in 1986.

Martin competed in basketball and volleyball at Torrey Pines.

Personal:

Her parents are Hugh Martin and Michaela Foley. She has a brother (Frank) and a sister (Heather). She is a graphic designer.
