Brookhart is tied for 172nd in career earnings ($150) with a
career best finishes of 17ths with Bonnie Bright in 1994 at
Hermosa Beach and Stephanie Weber in 1995 at Long Beach.
Partnerships:
Brookhart has competed in 12 events with five different partners,
including five stops with Weber, three with Mindy Czuleger, two
with Shelly Miller, and one each with Connie Armstrong and Bright.
College:
Brookhart was a four-season starter in volleyball at Illinois where
she earned All-Big 10 and All-American honors. She was the Big 10's
most valuable player in 1987. Brookhart played in the 1987 World
University Games in Yugoslavia.
High School:
Brookhart lettered two years in volleyball at Glenbard West where
she was a all-league and all-state player.
Personal:
Brookhart's parents are Edgar and Judy Brookhart. She has a brother
(David) and sister (Holly). She has coached collegiately at Auburn.
Brookhart played on a USVBA national championship team in 1993 and
was named the player-of-the-year.
