Fletcher has competed in 12 grand slam events and is 27th in earnings ($7,170). Fletcher and Marla O'Hara were third in the Shootout and fifth in the Nationals in 1993. Fletcher and O'Hara were seventh in the 1994 U. S. Open and eighth in the Best of the Beach.

WPVA Career:

Fletcher is 28th in earnings ($32,285.64). Fletcher's best finishes are thirds with O'Hara in 1993 at the Boston Shootout and 1994 in Fort Lauderdale. She was voted the tour's most improved player in 1993.

FIVB:

Fletcher attempted to qualify in 1995 at Chile with O'Hara, Clearwater with Krista Blomquist and Hermosa with Karrie Poppinga.

Partnerships:

Fletcher has competed in 67 events with 18 different partners, including 20 stops each with O'Hara, 12 with Kim Jagd, eight with Marie Andersson, five with Poppinga, four with Blomquist, three each with Halsted and Monique Oliver, two with Bonnie Fisk, and one each with Amy Baltus, Hafner, Jeanne Reeves, Campbell, Vicki Shea, Margie Schwarz, Elizabeth Chavez, Biller, Debbie Black and Lisa Gathright.

College:

Fletcher graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1989 where she competed in volleyball. Fletcher was a four-year starter and played on the school's 1984 NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball championship team. Fletcher was a member of the United States' 1985 junior national team.

High School:

Fletcher competed in volleyball and track at Mira Costa. Personal: Fletcher's parents are Rick and Sue Coleman. She has a brother (Scott). Her hobbies are reading and exercise. Fletcher is teaching in the South Bay-area of Los Angeles. Fletcher spent the past winter playing volleyball in Switzerland.
